Singer-songwriter Michael Francis has been sparse with new material lately but that’s about to change. Hypetrak gets the green light for a new ballad from the crooner titled “Dear”, which is the first offering in a series of summer music that Francis promises to deliver. Revisiting Michael’s flair for the dramatic, “Dear” plays out like an open love letter to a lost flame that has walked into matrimony with another man and is now out of Michael’s reach. There’s no hard feelings however, as Michael sings his best wishes for the girl from his past.
If the song’s subject matter sounds strikes a chord with your rocky love life then look on the bright side, it’s damn near summertime. Beach weather is almost here so start flourishing out here and move on to the next one.
