Hot 97′s legendary DJ Mister Cee  speaks out to the  community in this PSA.

Today, he released a video through the AIDS Health Foundation speaking on his concerns on others judgement before he opened up about his sexuality, the repercussions from unprotected sex as well as treatment and testing for HIV.
