Got some extra coin in your pocket? The Penthouse on top of the Pierre Hotel in New York City is now officially the most expensive home in New York City. Formerly owned by Martin Zweig, stock market analyst who purchased the pad for $21.5 Million originally in 1999. The prior most expensive NYC home was the $115 million One57 Penthouse and the Pierre Hotel Penthouse beat that record with a $125 million price tag.

The luxury home occupies 3 floors and offers amazing scenic views of Central Park, the Hudson, Manhattan, and even the East River. The interior is inspired by the Palace of Versailles, which makes it fully fit for royalty. With 5 master bedrooms to choose from in addition to separate guest suites and staff accommodation, 6 full bathrooms, four terraces, and five working fireplaces the new owners will be in daily comfort and luxury upon purchase.
