For NBA2k14,  2k Sports has made Lebron James the face of the game. Prior years 2k Sports went  the retro route and used Michael Jordan as their go-to superstar to market and sell units.  With two championships in tow, it’s only fitting the company went and used the current NBA MVP as the cover player.
