Time for you favorite spot on the depressingly infinite internet for new Hip-Hop from artists that deserve just as much attention as the supergiants. I sincerely hope that your interest in these artist don’t pique here and then die off. Please, please, please support them and do anything you can to show that the music they dedicate their lives to, is making a difference. Like their Facebook page, Tweet at them, freestyle over their beats to say thank you. Whatever it is, I’m sure they’ll appreciate it.
Poliça X Doc McKinney (feat. Greg Grease) – “TIFF (Remix)”
Dom McKinney is the producer for The Weeknd, who remixed Poliça’s “TIFF.” Minneapolis emcee, Greg Grease, then decided to add a few choice words that mesh into the remix like the Fab Five did with each other at Michigan.
Ransom – “Man Alone”
Tha Real Raw provides the rainy day beat for Ransom to let a few things off his chest. Life can get too real sometimes.
Noelz Vedere (feat. Sir Michael Rocks) – “High Class”
Chicago gets a well representation here with the highest of class. This heater comes off Noelz’s upcoming Bittersweet Glory project, which is set for a Fall release.
Pivot Gang – “Everytime I”
When life plays in slow motion, you should put this one on. The Pivot Gang will put out their untitled project later this month.
Hollywood JB – “Game7″
Being associated with Earthgang should mean something to everyone. JB puts out his first self produced single and has us asking for more.
Giftz (feat. King L, Rockie Fresh) – “F*ck Em All”
The title of this one speaks for itself. You may now get reckless to this track.
14KT (feat. Black Milk, MED) – “Crown”
Producer 14KT is putting together another solid lineup for his next album, Nickel & Dimed, starting with this one. Look out for that project on September 3rd.
Future Brown (feat. Tink) – “Wanna Party”
This one should set your Friday night off right. Future Brown is composed of Nguzunguzu (Fatima Al Qadiri, Asma Maroof & Daniel Pineda) and J-Cush of Lit City Trax.
