What if there was a way to avoid running into all of the people you couldn’t stand? Well, sweetheart, there’s an app for that.

Introducing: Hell Is Other People, antithesis to Four Square. The latest technology gives you the ability to know where people on your social network are in the city so you can avoid running into them. It even goes as far as calculating where you should go to keep a “safe distance” from those people you so very much hate.

“This project is partially a satire, partially a commentary on my disdain for “social media”, and partially an exploration of my own difficulties with social anxiety,” said Scott Garner, the app’s creator.

The only downside is you have to be “friends” with these people that you claim you dislike so much, but enjoy stalking on Instagram and Twitter.
