Patriots cut Tim Tebow

As of today Tim Tebow is no longer a member of the New England Patriots. A league source has told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that he will not make the 53-man roster.

This may not be a surprise to many people because Tebow’s inconsistency during the preseason was well documented. Luckily for Tebow because he has less than four years experience in the league he is subject to the waiver system. If Tebow clears waivers he can sign with any team.

It has become apparent that Tim Tebow’s NFL career may in fact be over.
