The reports of his demise have been greatly exaggerated
This weekend word began to spread via the wondrous world of the internet that actor Wayne Knight – best known for his work on Seinfeld as Jerry’s strange but loveable adversary Newman – had died in a terrible car accident. The story gained traction through a site TMZ TODAY, which apparently has no connection to the controversial but usually correct TMZ .
Things move fast nowadays #RipWayneKnight and all the sort quickly became the go to move on Twitter. Midday sunday Knight took to twitter to shoot down the rumors via his own verified page.
Some of you will be glad to hear this, others strangely disappointed, but….I am alive and well!

But nowadays a stories ripple and afterburn can quickly eclipse the actual events and facts, the story and sentiment continued to permeate throughout the day and is still making its mark. In fact at the time of this post people are still wishing him the best in the afterlife.
