Kurtis Blow  is straight out of the south, however this Miami rapper has teamed up with his share of East Coast artist. How does this southern rapper with a typical flow get connected with rappers around the U.S.? Blow is on a journey leading him to what others would consider success, not many rappers get signed to NFL players.

 

During his odyssey, Blow met the street team of Independently Major Entertainment, a media outlet run by former New York Jets running back Thomas Jones and Grammy award winning producer Domingo Ramos.

After his performance with Chris Webby at the Gramercy Theatre in December, Blow expressed his love for good music and discussed working with Lil Durk, French Montana, DJ Khaled and touring with A$AP Ferg.

 

So what’s next for Blow and the IME family? In about a week Blow is dropping a brand new mixtape, Been Livin Off Wealth that includes more features with French and Durk.
