The No Fun League strikes again
A few years ago the NFL took away many of the touchdown celebrations that fans came to know and love. In the case of T.O., Chad Johnson, and Steve Smith you never knew what they were going to do next. Now the NFL has struck again and will now penalize players for doing one of the most commonplace celebrations to date, the spinning of the football.
Referees who have been working at the Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers training camp have been warning players about this penalty. This move suggests that the officials will be throwing that flag for any sort of taunt this upcoming season.
Is the juice worth the squeeze? Is the celebration worth 15-yards?
