The NJ native takes his listeners on an audible journey with this under the radar gem

New Jersey has always had a stronghold intje rap game, breeding some of the greatest MCs that Hip Hop has ever seen. DJ Focus, a Plainfield, NJ native, is cut from that same cloth. Coming from a DJing background to coming up going bar for bar with some of the battle circuit’s top contenders, it’s no surprise that Focus is where he is in his career.

His debut single, “Trip To The City”, is a melodic lyrical display where Focus’ laid back, pinpoint flow rides a funky flute to the
