The idea behind ‘Stop And Frisk’ in New York makes sense. If police make it a point to randomly stop people on the street and frisk them they will find some folks who are breaking the law.

The problem is that this is wildly unlawful. Stopping citizens when they’ve done nothing wrong is against the law and, most likely, unconstitutional.

Oh yeah, and they love snatching blacks and latinos for this more than anyone else. Funny, Wall Street almost bankrupted the world, but they wanna work the hood over for criminal activity?

‘Stop And Frisk’ may be on its last legs though. More and more people are speaking out against it (thank God). Even members of the NYPD… who was at one point stopped and frisked himself. You won’t believe his story.
