Elijah BlakeOn June 4th, the place to be was the exclusively reserved backroom in 40/40 Club.

As guests socialized and D’Usse flowed, No I.D. (Executive VP of Def Jam Recordings and Grammy Award-winning producer) arrived to introduce the man of the hour and his new artist, Elijah Blake. The event featured Elijah as the next breakout voice in R&B with Def Jam, ARTium, and No I.D. behind him. Elijah was all smiles as he celebrated his introduction as an artist and his birthday.

Elijah Blake might sound like a new name to some, but this artist has definitely been putting in work for a while. From working with Usher and Diplo on the hit “Climax” to features on RocNation, it’s clear that Elijah’s future is bright. As records featuring Big Sean and Rick Ross filled the party, it was clear to all this artist definitely has the voice, along with a charming falsetto to make listeners fall in love. But until the new album drops listeners can download his free EP entitled “Bijoux 22” or checkout his new video that features Common and is entitled “X.O.X.”
