The girls from SWV are now 40 years old and reunited!
WEtv is giving fans a chance to experience the real life behind the scenes drama of the Sisters With Voices and we got first dibs in their home town, NYC at the premiere party at The Jazz Room at The General. It was over capacity and filled with Very Important Persons! Elle Varner stood front row to support her label mates alongside top models, industry managers, personalities, bloggers and fans who swarmed the venue.
Leelee, Coko and Taj were extremely down to earth and proved they won’t be hiding anything from there fans on their reality show “SWV Reunited.” You won’t have to find out their secrets on a gossip blog, they’re telling all. Taj and the girls say their body hasn’t been the same since giving birth. Coko had a tummy tuck and she is very proud of it and Leelee is ecstatic about her Brazilian butt lift, she assures that it’s not butt injections and shouts “It’s all my fat!” They all have children, Taj and Coko have supporting husbands and Leelee wants to marry a man as cool as President Obama.
Although they’re doing well, everything isn’t all sweet with SWV. Coko is also dealing with a very scary bodily change, her doctor found a lump in her breast and fears she might have cancer. The group is worried and treading on thin ice, but the results will soon be revealed on the show. This is what will determine whether or not SWV will actually reunite.
When it all boils down whether SWV reunites or not they’re legacy will forever live on and their promised that every time they hear fans sing their music.
The girls made it clear they are not as passionate about reuniting as they were in the initial stages of their career as teenagers. Coko made this more clear than the other girls did in an one on one interview and told us about the new girl group she’s created, TTYL (The Talented Young Ladies), who she guarantees are “better than SWV” so look out for these girls soon.
