What do you agree with?
If you’ve been under a rock, not too long ago the NFL and the Fritz Pollard Alliance acknowledged the possibility of penalizing players for using racial slurs such as the “N” word.
Now, John Wooten the head of the Fritz Pollard Alliance believes that this is a brilliant idea but Richard Sherman had a few words on the whole subject recently:
“It’s almost racist to me. It’s weird they’re targeting one specific word. Why wouldn’t all curse words be banned then?”
Now, judging from Richard Sherman’s quote, it’s clear he wasn’t a fan but he wasn’t the only person that didn’t agree with the ban. Stephen A. Smith voiced his opinion today and believes this ban is borderline racist.
