In the day and age we live in, when you release this much music in a short period of time what’s the difference
Ricky Rozay aka Rick Ross is a boss, and bosses do what they want. A Boss doesn’t wait for an official remix to pop up, when you’re a boss you don’t necessarily have to release a mixtape. In 2013/2014 Bosses deliver product, direct to the people. Currently theres no official announcement of an impending mixtape (yet). Many tracks are only a verse long, and a few of them have appeared on other tapes. Also included is Ross’s original song ”The Devil is A Lie” ft Jay Z – which will most likely end up on the upcoming Def Jam album Mastermind whichdue out the first quarter this year. Put all that together and it’s not your typical mixtape, call it what you want, but in the day and age we live in when you release this much music in a short period of time what’s the difference really.
