Smoke DzaHarlem’s own Smoke Dza has resurfaced to begin prepping fans for his upcoming album, Dream.ZONE.Achieve, due out April 1st. However, if “Hearses” is the first single from the project, as advertised, it is clear that there is no joking or fooling around allowed.

Teaming up with one of the most promising producers in the game, DJ Dahi (the man responsible for Drake‘s “Worst Behavior”), who blesses the track with a minimal, percussion heavy beat. To take the song to a heavenly place, he recruits TDE’s Black Lip Pastor, Ab-Soul, who contributes an addictive R&B styled hook that is a definite high note. Both emcees drop verses that are lethal, especially DZA’s second set of sixteens, where he compares his domination to travesties, such as Sandy Hook (too soon?). Check out the song below and look out for the complete album soon.
