Before closing the curtains on his 19-year NBA career a few years ago. Shaq had one last stint as a Boston Celtic. Once landing in Boston, Shaq anointed himself “The Big Shamrock.”  We didn’t get to see the ending we wanted for him but he had a great run while wearing the green and gold, until he was hampered by injuries which lead him into retirement.

To pay homage for his final season with Boston, Reebok will be releasing a Celtic inspired Shaqnosis sneaker. The sneaker features green and gold shamrock-printed, dark green suede overlays and gold accents.

At the moment there is no official release date for the sneaker but don’t be surprised if Reebok goes out on a limb and releases this colorway around St. Patricks day in 2014. Until Reebok makes an announcement enjoy the images of the  Shaqnosis “Boston Celtics” colorway.
