As you may have heard through the Hip Hop grapevines these past few weeks, Stones Throw Records is soon releasing it’s full documentary, Our Vinyl Weighs a Ton. The film’s latest sneak preview (nearly 6 minutes) features discussions and interactions with the likes of Kanye West, A-Trak, Questlove and more. Watch the clip below while Peanut Butter Wolf, Madlib, J-Rocc, Rhettmatic make appearances as Dam-Funk rocks the crowd. If this trailer doesn’t get you hype, you may just not be a Hip Hop fan. Much respect to Stones throw and PBW. These two are always reminding the new school of the legacy which the old school created for them. Never forget where you came from, emcees, DJs and producers. Learn your culture and you will embrace it stronger.
