December 28 marks the return of the long-awaited and iconic black/red Air Jordan in its original shape and form. The last time Jordan Brand released the Air Jordan 1 in a black and red colorway  was 2011 when the “Banned” edition was released to Nike outlet stores. This time around the Jordan returns in its original cut  in a high-top edition. To add icing on the cake, Jordan Brand opted to use the Nike Air branding and not the jump man logo.
