This week was pretty tough, as 2 highly anticipated sneakers are hit sneaker shelves with Nike releasing a new colorway of the Foamposite one and Jordan brand releasing a Air Jordan 8 retro. While the decision was hard this week we are going with the Jordan 8 retro.

This pair takes us back to the time MJ and the Bulls won their 3rd straight NBA title completing their first 3pea and MJ winning his third Finals MVP. This is 2nd time Jordan brand retroed this colorway the first time they brought them back was 2007. Donned in all black with red and white accents and colorful inner lining.

This is also the last shoe MJ wore before his retirement as he turned his sights to baseball. The original run of the Jordan 8′s only had  3 colorways with the “playoffs’s” being the last color released. Back in 2007 Jordan brand released a slew of colors and again leaving the Playoffs as the last release in the run.  This year thats not the case as Jordan brand has’nt released the “Aqua” colorway.

The Air Jordan 8′s have already begun making their way into selected Sneaker locations and online retailers like oSneaker. Check your local sneaker spot for the release this Saturday.
