For the first time since 2000,  Jordan Brand will retro the “Laney” Air Jordan 5 and return to the retail.  The Laney V’s were inspired by MJ‘s high school in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Considered a retro+ like the OG pair the shoe features an all white base with tumble leather with hits of maize and royal accents, a black inner, and MJ’s ” 23″ on the heel.  Jordan Brand decided to keep this pair true to the original as they opted for a clear sole. As opposed to the not fan favorite blue translucent sole the company has used on a few pairs of V’s.

The shoe will drop at all official retailers like Footlocker, Footaction and Eastbay. If you can’t hold out until the official release, check out a few pairs available on eBay.
