The Mamba laced these bad boys up way back in January and since then the sneaker world has been waiting on a release for the shoe.  The sneaker itself is a eye catcher with the fading of court purple to laser purple from front to back.  While Kobe himself might not be on the court during the NBA playoffs because the  of the  ”Court Purple” Kobe 8 are considered playoff  versions of the shoe,  you can still keep his memory alive until the start of the next season.  Kobe did wear them a few times during the season during away games in the regular  which of course matched the Lakers road  color jersey, it was very rare you saw the Kobster wearing matching kicks to go with jerseys.
