The line dominated the block in anticipation for SoMo. The latest pop/R&B sensation drew out fans of all kinds from all over the Northeast. His stop at The Box last night was part of his on-going US tour that continues to put his climb to the top on display for all his fans to witness.

SoMo made a semi-dramatic entrance in the intimate venue that drove the young crowd wild. The ladies were hypnotized by his pop/rap flow during his opening number. He even had them singing along to his music, which still has yet to hit the commercial airwaves.

The latest act to sign to Republic Records spoke on his debut album to hype up his audience. He performed his hits like “Touch The Sky”, which he said was one of his favorite tracks he ever wrote. SoMo also laid out his new single “Hush” that will be featured on his upcoming album that’s set to drop April 8th.

Overall, the rising singer’s performance won over everyone in attendance. SoMo’s claim to fame began only a short time ago with his clever covers of well-known hip-hop songs like Rich Homie Quan’s “Type of Way” and more. Not only has his following increased, but the Texas native has gained more attention across the country and in Canada.
