This is probably going to keep happening.
Stephen Curry, the quick-releasing, three-point extraordinaire Davidson University alumni has taken the NBA by storm the past two seasons, and it appears that he’s not slowing up any time soon. After making a deep-run in the playoffs last season, despite a major injury to star power forward David Lee, Curry has come back this season effervescently and determined, averaging 23 points, 9 assists and just over 4 rebounds a game. Startling statistics, especially for a player 7 NBA teams passed on because he was “undersized”. Their ring fingers might be a little sore in a couple years.
Well, just under a month ago, in a game at home against the Dallas Mavericks, Curry hit this shot over Shawn Marion to bring that game to an end.
Last night, with the game tied yet again, Curry brought the fans at Oracle Arena to their feet.
