Female street artist, Swoon got the chance to create a mural for the famous Bowery wall in New York City.
The London-born artist who now resides in New York City is widely known for her abstract wheat-pasting street art in cities across the world. She gained recognition for her first solo art show at the Black Rat Projects in the UK, When Walrus TV asked Swoon where she gets her inspiration from, she says
“When I draw portraits I’m really trying to capture something really essential about that person. Something that I Just love that I have seen at some moment or gesture”
