Sneakerheads around the country wondered if the release of the Supreme Foamposites would match the release at the New York store. To find out, streetwear brand The Hundreds went on to see first hand how the L.A. crowd would react to the release.

The New York release for the  Supreme Foamposites caused some mayhem in the SoHo area of  Manhattan. Large lines began forming the day before the release of the Supreme Foamposites. While lines started forming a day before at the Los Angeles Fairfax Supreme store there wasn’t as much of a commotion as sneaker heads gathered in peaceful setting and waited for the sneaker to be released without a hitch and campers were able to purchase their sneakers in store.

However the commotion that happened in NYC had city officials a bit nervous because of how many people showed up to the Supreme store, to take precautions and avoid any problems riot police and overhead helicopters swarmed the shop before the release.  The release went smoothly and didn’t get shut down like the New York store, New outlets were even on hand to speak to happy sneaker buyers.
