Terrell Owens suits up for court

The breakup between Terrell Owens and former agent Drew Rosenhaus has been well documented and very rocky. Just when you thought their rift couldn’t get bigger, it has. T.O. is suing the former super agent and his brother Jason Rosenhaus for upwards of $6.5 million on the grounds of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence.

The lawsuit stems from the Rosenhaus’ brother recommending that a man by the name of Jeff Rubin be Owen’s financial advisor. Fast forward from than until now; Rubin has since been banned from the securities industry along with losing 30 players a combined $40 million in an illegal casino project.

Owens believes that the Rosenhaus brothers recommended Rubin fully knowing he lacked the experience to manage Owens’ assets.
