A fews weeks ago there was some speculation the NFL would implement a new rule that would take away touchdowns for over celebrations and taunting opponents. We can thank  wide receiver Golden Tate for this if the rule goes into effect. Why punish a team for one players making a fool out of himself by starting to celebrate at the 50 yard line.
