One can try and explain what is happening here but one would most likely find one lost for words. So let’s keep it simple.

A man (who is not black despite what the title of the video says) seems to have robbed a transient male with no arms or legs. A blonde man (woman?) starts attacking the alleged thief and eventually gets him to the ground.

What happens from there? Ummm…wow. Just…wow.

If this were written into a movie you’d never believe it actually happened. But lordy-lord it did.
