In theory

The Roots, known by many to be the house backing for Jimmy Fallon‘s late night ventures–which, if you’ve been paying attention to recent events, have led him to be Jay Leno‘s replacement on the Tonight Show–but their reach and legacy stretches far beyond late night television. The band, led by lead vocalist/rapper Black Thought and legendary drummer/producer Questlove, has left their mark on the genre through classics like Things Fall Apart, The Tipping Point & Rising Down, and they’re currently prepping their new album, …And Then You Shoot Your Cousin. To prep fans, the group has released the artwork and tracklisting to their 13th full-length LP.
