Dear Remy, this is a must! remyma1

Hip-Hop is twiddling their thumbs anxiously awaiting Remy Ma’s arrival back home from prison. She’s been gone for too long and we’re really just missing that hardcore rap Remy used to put out. A lot has happened and a lot has changed since 2008 so we understand that she has quite some catching up to do, music and technology wise. But we need her immediately back in the studio. While we wait though, we’ve been thinking. How great would it be to hear Remy collaborate with some of the biggest and hottest names in the music world right now; artists who are at the peak of their careers and who would sound really good on a record alongside the gritty Bronx rapper. Take a look at these 5 collabos we’d love to hear:

Remy Ma x Nicki Minaj – Let’s first address the rumors that have circled these two for years. Remy Ma has stated several times in many different interviews that the rumors about her having any type of relations with Nicki Minaj were false. But she did tell XXL a few years back that she was happy for Nicki. Without the presence of hardly any female rappers, Nicki has single handedly annihilated the rest of the competition. How ill would these two sound on a track together? Queens and the Bronx stand up!

Remy Ma x Meek Mill – Meek is beast on any record, not just because he’s screaming but because of his delivery. And when Remy isn’t laying down slower tempo tracks like “Conceited” and “Fresh” she’s ripping through tracks viciously like on Murda Mook’s “Chrome to Ya Dome.”

Remy Ma x Drake – If you remember “Feels So Good” featuring musical genius Ne-Yo then you know that it is imperative that Remy does another slow and sexy track with an artist that has some really good vocal talent.

Remy Ma x YG – West Coast meats East Coast? It wouldn’t be the first and most definitely won’t be the last. YG’s bluntness mixed with Remy’s hood rhymes could call for a hardcore “weast (west and east) coast” anthem.

Remy Ma x French Montana – French has a very distinguishable voice. Whether it’s on A$AP Ferg’s “Work” remix , Pusha T’s “Doesn’t Matter” or his “Ain’t Worried About Nothin” track, French remains consistent. Remy has also remained consistent and can stand on her own next to any male rapper. Her and French could easily make a banger.

We’ll be waiting Rem, and I think we deserve a special treat for depriving us for so long…
