90's cartoons, college, grown upIf your favorite 90′s cartoon characters grew up and hit college together–provided they weren’t all pursuing careers as rappers, producers, and athletes–it’d look a little something like this.

Eighties babies had it good as kids growing up in the 90′s.

We had all the epic stuff:  Super soaker water guns, boy bands, Jay Z, Biggie, Pac and the original Bad Boy Entertainment.

Diddy was still Puff Daddy and Peter Gunz was a one hit wonder rapper, not a reality TV star.

All was right in the world.

Even our cartoons were better.

There was Hey Arnold!, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The JetsonsRugrats, Scooby Doo and the list goes on.

Eventually we grew up and our cartoons were replaced by YouTube videos and textbooks but what if parting didn’t have to be such sweet sorrow?

What if our favorite cartoon characters grew up with us and went to college together?

That’s exactly what artist, Caldwell Tanner made happen.

Hit the flip to check your favorite cartoon characters “all growed up,” as the Rugrats would say.

It’s kind of like an illustrated version of VH1′s Where Are They Now?–but with way less douchebaggery, although I’m sure Angelica, Arnold, Doug Funny and Tommy & rest of the gang may occasionally wake up on the weekends smelling like regret and cheap vodka.
