Selected to appear on DJ Juanyto’s – of Hot 97, Young New York mixtape, Jersey Native, Tijon pays his dues to the great B.I.G in his latest track, “eastside”. Tijon adds something new to Hip-Hop. With the help of his alternative demeanor, and an instrumental modification by Chris D’eletto, this heated track will also serve as the single off of his upcoming EP, Rats.

Here are some few words from Tijon in regards to the track.

“DJ Juanyto just hit me up and said he wanted something on this Young New York tape. He sent me over Biggies “the what”. I had to add to the beat to make it my own, but I started the song with a little prayer to big for touching such a classic. There’s been so much half ass sampling of BIG’s stuff recently too and that was frustrating me around the same time so it was cool to just go off on this.”
