This may be the funniest video clip of the day.
The hashtag #DRAKEWEEK has begun to surface on numerous social media platforms following the release of his hotly anticipated album, Nothing Was The Same, officially arriving in stores yesterday, September 24th. But while the Canadian rap star went on a press rampage, which included stops at Ryan Seacrest, Chelsea Lately, ESPN First Take and The Angie Martinez Show on Hot 97, Kanye West was overseas having a chat with Zane Lowe at BBC Radio, about…well…everything.
Among the topics discussed was Kanye’s new self-proclamation: “rap is the new rock & roll. We the new rockstars, and I’m the biggest of all of ‘em.” Whether or not there’s any merit to the statement, as Kimmel pointed out, its Kanye West, meaning its worth it for its sheer entertainment value. However, his jargon was (apparently) quite indecipherable at times, so Kimmel got two of his friends to break it down a little simpler for viewers. Watch, laugh, repeat.
