One of the newest members of the Unsigned Hype family and rapidly rising Chicago emcee, Vic Mensa, had a considerably major year in 2013. With the release of his debut solo project, Innanetape, garnering critical acclaim from fans and writers alike, coupling with the much deserved attention he and his Savemoney crew have harnessed on and offline, it was a major step to the big time. Thankfully, his work ethic hasn’t wavered in the face of all of this success, but has been turned up a notch. He has dropped a number of loosies, including “Feel That”, his most recent offering.

While down at SXSW, Vic took to the stage at the mtvU Woodie Awards, where he performed his latest single. Utilizing his energetic tendencies, he amped up the crowd to pull of a stellar performance.
