2nd video today
Animal Ambition will be in stores (for sure, apparently), June 3rd, and 50 Cent‘s first album in 5 years looks to revive a career that many have already written off (see: Google > “50 Cent Steve Stoute”). Free of his restricting deal at Interscope Records, in favor of a more flexible, independent one at Caroline/Capitol records, the Queens native has taken to the internet to flood fans with indications that AA is indeed a real album, and we will have it this summer.
So, not only do we now have a release date, official artwork and something of a tracklist, but in the past 2 days 50 has released 2 songs, and two music videos–both videos were in fact released today–and while they fail to completely re-capture any of the 50 Cent magic we’re used to, at this point, we’ll take what we can get.
Yo Gotti is featured on the original version of this song, but isn’t pictured in the video, which was shot by Eif Rivera.
