Honest release date please
Future‘s sophomore album–to many, Pluto never happened, and I’ve heard some folks refer to Honest as Future’s proper debut–is expected sometime this year–hopefully this summer–and “Move That Dope” may be the single that gets L.A. Reid and the good folks at Epic Records to find Future a release date that sticks. Despite an elaborate roll out of his lead single, “Honest”, and the artwork to his new album last summer, Future’s sophomore push never took off, but now in 2014, with “Honest”, “Sh!t”, and now the infectious, Mike Will Made It-produced “Move That Dope” effectively circulating airwaves, the “Karate Chop” rapper should be in stores sooner rather than later.
Below, the Benny Boom-directed video for Future’s latest single is available for your viewing pleasure, featuring a manic Pusha T, an Arby’s hat-clad Skateboard P, a mischevious Tyler, The Creator, Wiz Khalifa, ScHoolboy Q & Mike Will Made It cameos, and an overall good times.
