Camden, New Jersey was ranked number 2 on this year’s most dangerous cities in America per capita list, a dubious distinction that doesn’t give much hope to its residents or surrounding areas. Nevertheless, roses do grow from concrete and Apollo The Great, a young emcee from the city’s east side, is proof that talent is talent no matter where it emanates from.
