We all want to fly. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could simply take off whenever we felt like it? A pelican in Tanzania had injured itself and needed to be nursed back to fly and re-join it’s flock. The staff of Greystoke Mahale, right near where the bird was discovered, took him in and helped get him back to 100%. While doing so, they installed a very small GoPro wide-angle camera onto it’s beak. Why? Because now we can watch him fly for the first time, and see it’s an excuse to make a sick GoPro video, duh. This may not be the equivalent to taking flight on your own, but it’s still pretty damn cool.
