Signs you are over doing your workout.
Exercising is one form of maintaining a healthy body. It is common amongst gym fanatics to overly do their workout exercises. But little do some gym fanatics realize is that too much working out can harm your body. We combined a few signs that will tell you when you should give your workout a rest.
1. You Feel An Excess Amount Of Pain
Not every pain you feel from a workout is good pain. Of course when you work out parts of your body that have not been worked out in a while, you feel a little pain. Sometimes, you can be in excruciating pain that seems to be a few weeks too long which is a sign that you have worked out too hard. When you are working out and that one pain strikes, and every gym goer knows when that pain strikes, that is the sign that you should slow down that exercise or give working out for that the day a rest. A common problem amongst gym goers is that they ignore the signs of their body being in pain and continue to press on. Absolutely be aware of your body and know when enough is enough.
2. You Notice A Change In Your Immunity.
Those who on a regular basis have a high immunity will notice that their immunity begins to decline when they are working out inappropriately or over doing the gym. If you hate the feeling of constantly being sick, it is best that you start working out moderately. Remember, working out is supposed to help build your immunity not decline it.
3. Feeling A Little More Tired Lately?
Actually, being tired can be a result of over doing your workout. Working out is supposed to help your energy level grow not decline it. So it is always best that you learn how to exercise in moderation so you can leave the gym more energetic than you did when you entered it.
For all you gym fanatics, if you would like to not have these problems, remember the term “MODERATION“. When you exercise in moderation and within your bodies limits you will save your bodies health. After all, the purpose of exercising is to remain fit and healthy.
