Marcus Eugene & Starks are Winners Circle

In preparation of their self-titled mixtape dropping today Winners Circle let another track go off the project. This one is titled ‘Runner Up’ and features the West Coast’s Nipsey Hussle. Look out for Winners Circle dropping later which is hosted by DJ Hi-Tek and features the likes of Nipsey Hussle, Boldy James, Rockie Fresh, BJ The Chicago Kid, and Kendrick Lamar.
