After several months of being incarcerated for violating his probation Young Scooter, the streets “Count” rapper, is back in the game and ready for a much better 2014 with the second installment of his Street Lottery series. The 18-track mixtape is hosted by DJ Swamp Izzo, who hosted the first project as well, and features guest artist by the likes of Chief Keef, Cam’ron, Waka Flocka, Wiz Khalifa and of course the genreral of the Freebandz crew, Future.
