George Zimmerman makes his second appearance, this time pulled over for speeding

George Zimmerman has kept himself relatively lowkey but it seems that when the recently acquitted man behind Trayvon Martin’s death does surface, there’s a headline story in tow. TMZ reports that on Sunday, Zimmerman was pulled over by the police in Forney, Texas for speeding. When asked where he was headed, Zimmerman told him he was going “nowhere in particular,” and informed the officer that he had a gun in his glove compartment.

Despite being pulled over for speeding, George Zimmerman was let off with just a warning and a “have a safe trip.” Interestingly enough, according to CBS, Zimmerman asked the officer if he recognized him from tv.

The entirety of the stop lasted no longer than 5 minutes and the interaction was polite.

TMZ obtained the dashcam footage of the stop which can be viewed above.

Apparently Zimmerman gets away with speeding too.
