Hey all you iPhone junkies, it’s time to celebrate! Rumor has it Apple will be debuting the latest addition to the iPhone family – a.k.a. the iPhone 5S! — in just a few short weeks. According to the German tech blog iFun, the iPhone 5S is slated to hit the market on Sept. 6.

iFun revealed that we can look forward to “two new device types, and this doesn’t mean two different color or memory variations,” possibly alluding to different screen sizes. There have also been rumors that Apple is working to create a more affordable version of its iPhone called the iPhone 5C that would consist of a plastic casing as opposed to glass. The iPhone 5C is allegedly dropping around the same time as the 5S.

Since the iPhone 5 debuted on Sept. 12 of last year and the iPhone 4S dropped on Oct. 4, 2011, the report doesn’t sound too far off. How excited are you for the new iPhone?
